polyester. zip front. top carry handle. left and right sides can be adjusted with three 2 inch wide adjustable straps. front shoulder area has loop side of hook and loop fastener as well as male side of snaps for attachment of additional pouches/patches, etc. rear has three pouches with flap. each pouch measures 4 x 7 inches and has snap and hook and loop closure. rear top half has loop side of hook and loop fastener as well as male side of snaps for attachment of additional pouches/patches, etc. front has 12 various size pouches, all with snap and hook/loop closure; one with 5 shell loops on the outside. vest comes with 2 blank black patches (police shown, sold separately) with hook side of hook/loop fastener (large patch measures 4 x 10.75 inches, smaller patch 2.5 x 5.75 inches). black tactical law enforcement raid vest. one size fits most.
